  • Do you accept insurance?

    We are an unrestricted practice, meaning the patient-doctor relationship is between you and our office, without interference from insurance companies. Even though we are out of network with insurance, we are happy to accept your insurance and file a claim on your behalf.

  • What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?

    We accept cash, credit cards, and checks for payment, and financing is available through CareCredit®, Proceed Finance, and Sunbit. Also, we’ve created our Smiles Membership to make oral health accessible and stress-free. With options for kids, adults, and patients with specific periodontal needs, our dental savings plan covers essential preventive care and includes exclusive discounts on other treatments.   • What hours is your office open?

    Our practice is open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

  • How long will my appointment take?

    Your appointment time will vary depending on what consultation, treatment, or service you receive.

  • What do I need for my first appointment?

    When coming in for your first appointment, please bring any X-rays from your previous dentist (if available) or have them forwarded to our office, a valid form of ID, a list of medications and any current health concerns, and your dental insurance card (if applicable).

  • How often do I need a dental checkup?

    We recommend a dental checkup or cleaning at least twice a year. Our team may recommend more frequent visits depending on your oral health needs.

  • It's been a long time since I've been to the dentist. What should I do?

    Schedule a visit! We’re here to help you, no matter how long it’s been since your last visit. We just want you to have the best oral health and overall health possible.
