When Can I Start Using My Membership Plan?
Your membership becomes active the same month we receive your initial payment. Membership renewals occur annually in the anniversary month. Payments are due in full at the time of service.

How Do I Schedule My Preventative Care?
Contact our office to schedule your appointments. It’s the member’s responsibility to schedule and attend appointments within the 12-month membership period. Missed appointments are non-refundable.

How Can I Use My Member Exclusive Discount for Treatment?
Simply let us know you’re a member when scheduling your appointment. We’ll verify your membership status to ensure you receive your exclusive discounts right away.

What’s Your Cancellation Policy?
We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations. Two missed or unkept appointments will void your membership without a refund.

Can I Transfer My Membership to Another Dentist?
Our membership plan is exclusively for use at Goliad Dental Care.

All sales of the dental savings plans are final and no refunds will be issued.
